What to Bring: Due to changeable weather conditions throughout the year, and unique considerations of each event location, there will be variations on what to bring to a Nature and Forest Therapy Walk.  More information may be provided prior to each walk.  An example of what to bring for an autumn walk around a pond:  Please wear footwear suitable for walking outdoors on uneven terrain.  Due to the cool fall air please bring extra warm clothing and removable layers to be comfortable while standing or walking outside in the cool fall breeze (sweatshirts, windbreakers, winter coats, hats, extra sox, etc).  Please bring a water bottle or thermos to stay hydrated. There will be a time for light refreshments and tea served at the end of the walk.  You are welcome to bring your own tea and snacks if you would like, or if you have special dietary restrictions. Also, you may want to bring a backpack to carry belongings, journal, or sketch pad. Bringing a blanket, yoga mat, small stool, or portable chair is welcome.  Please feel free to bring whatever you would like to bring to feel comfortable for slowing down in nature.
