Forest Therapy Guide
Jodi is a mental health professional who brings people and nature together. While working in community-based mental health services since 2007, she has found it helpful to take time to rejuvenate and reconnect with the gentle rhythm of nature. In April 2021, after completing a course to obtain certification as a forest therapy guide, she established Nature and Forest Therapy LLC, and has been guiding forest therapy walks for small groups on private and public lands. As a forest therapy guide, Jodi unites her love of people and her love of nature to introduce others to the benefits of slowing down in nature. Jodi supports people to find connection, discovery, and rejuvenation through the shared nature immersion experience known as forest therapy.
